Plug our tailoring engine into your Bullhorn.
A B2B layer of Knock. for traditional recruitment firms (200-5,000 consultants). We ingest your live mandates from your ATS (Bullhorn, Vincere, Mercury xRM, Invenias), auto-tailor candidate materials per req at scale, surface ready-to-send outreach. Your consultant green-lights every batch before anything leaves the firm. Built for firms where per-submission tailoring is one of the manual hours you're trying to compress, not one of your differentiators.
Three things change for your consultants.
One-time integration with your ATS (Invenias, Bullhorn, Vincere, Mercury xRM, Clockwork). Read-only at first: we pull active reqs, hiring-manager context, and candidate longlists. No writes back to your system without explicit permission. Your client data never leaves the EU.
For each candidate × mandate pairing, Knock. produces a tailored CV variant, a client-formatted summary, a hiring-manager outreach draft, and a fit-score with reasoning - all anchored to verified facts from the candidate's source materials. Pilot math: per-submission tailoring drops from ~45 minutes of recruiter work to ~3 minutes of consultant review. A 50-consultant team gets its weekly throughput back as additional placements, not additional headcount.
Nothing leaves your firm without a consultant approval. The engine queues the work, your consultant reviews + adjusts + signs, then dispatches via your existing channels (LinkedIn, email, ATS workflow). Output also routes to your BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma) so partners can see throughput + conversion in their existing dashboards.
This is an early B2B motion.
The D2C side of Knock. has been running for senior operators since 2025 — that is where the AI pipeline (tailoring engine, ATS-submission, recruiter discovery, outreach drafting) is battle-tested. The B2B-for-firms version is pre-launch: zero signed firm customers as of May 2026. What you are reading is the customer-acquisition motion you are seeing the start of. We are deliberately not pretending otherwise — a firm COO who has been pitched four times by AI staffing vendors this year does not need a fifth "early adopter" deck. We will tell you on the discovery call exactly which integrations have been built vs which would need to be built for your specific ATS.
Wrong fit (just so we're honest with each other): boutique executive search shops (5-30 consultants) - you typically have ex-tech operators on the partnership and will build internal or buy hireEZ / Loxo / Eightfold yourselves. Enterprise search (Heidrick, Egon Zehnder, Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry) - procurement cycle too long for our current stage. Mass-market temp / day-rate placement (Robert Half general staffing, etc) - no per-candidate pitch happens in your workflow, this isn't your bottleneck.
Book a 30-min discovery call.
No deck, no pitch. We ask about your mandate volume, your ATS, where your recruiters are losing the most hours per submission, what your partners measure. Then we tell you honestly whether a Knock. pilot would move a number that matters or whether you should not bother. Calendar opens on click - pick a slot that works.
