Senior operators land their next role through relationships. We build the relationships.
Two or three tailored, named-recruiter introductions every Monday. We do the research, the CV, the cover letter, the outreach drafts, and file the formal application after you green-light the materials. You make the human introduction.
$0 while you search. If you have not signed an offer within 90 days, you owe nothing. Otherwise: 10% of first-year base, capped at $15,000.
Send your brief - 6 questions, 3 minutes →Operating across US (East and West Coast), UK, EU, and Switzerland. Geneva-based operator, work hours overlap NY mornings and SF early afternoons. First signed offer was European; US pilot pipeline currently active.
Three things happen.
Not a list of URLs. A description of what you are looking for: the role, the geography, the hard nos. We take it from there.
One page, per client. Six roles, six tailored CVs, six named decision-makers, six ready-to-send messages.
We file the application; you make the human introduction. Recruiters trust real candidates, not automated outreach, so the LinkedIn message stays in your voice and stays in your hands. We draft it; you send it. Five minutes per role.
Every Monday. Until you land.
One private briefing page. One URL. Lives at knock.works/b/your-name. Refreshes weekly. Below is what lands on it, and when.
Three actions a week.
The work on your side is small but specific. We remove the part that takes time; you do the part that requires you.
Not all six. The first two get your attention. Send the connection requests to the named recruiters using the messages we drafted - copy buttons on each one. Five minutes total.
When a recruiter accepts your connection, send the second message within 24 hours. It is already calibrated to your voice. Small edits fine; full rewrites are not.
When a recruiter responds, forward the thread to us. We draft your follow-up inside four hours. The second message is where most candidates lose the thread; we make sure you do not.
That is the whole job on your side. Two messages to send, one to forward. Maybe 30 minutes a week, spread across days. We do everything else.
You pay only when you land.
Traditional recruiters charge employers 20-25% of your first-year salary. We charge half that, and we charge you, not the employer, so we work for your interests, not theirs.
Intake call, brief, weekly discovery, the briefing page, every tailored application, recruiter outreach drafts, four-hour reply turnaround. All included, all free until you sign an offer.
Charged once, only when you sign an offer sourced through Knock. Capped at $15,000 regardless of salary, so a $300K offer still costs you $15K, not $30K. Invoiced 30 days after your start date.
If you have not signed an offer within 90 days of your first briefing, the engagement closes and you owe nothing. Ever. This clause exists so you can say yes today.
What "sourced through Knock" means. A role we put on your briefing page, or a recruiter we introduced you to, that turns into your offer. Roles you found on your own do not count.
Cancel anytime. Single-line reply to your engagement email. Your briefing page stays live for 30 days after, then closes.
Pause for interviews. 30 days at no charge. No notice.
Who this is for, and who it is not.
For
- Senior operators, directors, VPs, and executives who do not have time to source, research, tailor, and reach out themselves.
- People mid-career-pivot who need quiet, deliberate research more than they need volume.
- People searching for weeks or months, who want the search to make progress while they sleep.
Not for
- Anyone who wants someone to send hundreds of applications on their behalf. We tailor every application, we never spam, and we cap submissions at the two or three roles per week that actually fit you.
- Anyone who wants a public course or playbook. We do not publish ours.
- Anyone who wants software rather than service. We are not a SaaS; we are an operator behind a private briefing page.
Operator-led, AI-leveraged.
Knock. is a Switzerland-based service for senior operators in transition. We pair a proprietary AI pipeline - scraping, tailoring, application filing, recruiter outreach drafting - with a small operating team that owns the judgment work: which roles match your shape, what your CV should foreground, when to push a recruiter and when to wait. Our throughput cap is six concurrent clients. That is what keeps every brief read by a human and every artifact reviewed before it ships.
The fine print, in plain English.
We cap at six concurrent clients. Two engagement slots open this quarter. When all six are working, new intake pauses until a placement opens a slot. If you write in while we are full, we tell you the same day and hold your spot.
The AI pipeline scrapes, scores, and drafts. It never ships. Every shortlist, every CV tailoring choice, every recruiter message gets a human pass before it leaves the building. The 6-client cap exists so that pass is real, not perfunctory.
Every application has a one-hour HOLD window after we render the PDFs. Every outbound LinkedIn message stays in your voice and your hands. We never name you to a search firm or a hiring manager without your explicit written approval. A standard mutual NDA covers both directions, signed before any client artifact moves.
All client data sits in a Google Workspace tenant hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt). Only the operating team has access; no contractors, no analytics platforms, no model-training pipelines. Deleted on written request or after 90 days of engagement inactivity. GDPR (EU) and nLPD (Switzerland) compliant.
Send a paragraph about what you are working on. We will reply within one business day if it fits.
